Japanese-style Spicy Sausage Salad

The dish for sausage lovers. “Itoham Japanese-style Spicy Sausage Salad” is so delicious it needs to be cooked again several times.

Ingredients:
  • Itoham Gourmet Wiener 1 pack
  • Mince Jinda Chilli 2 tsp
  • Mince lemongrass 3 tbsp
  • Mince red onion 3 tbsp
  • Cherry tomato ¼ cup
  • Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
  • Salt ¼ tsp
  • Lime juice 1 tbsp
  • Iceberg lettuce ½ cup
  • Pea sprout ⅓ cup
  • Peppermint 1 tbsp
Cooking methods:
  • Boil sausages until sausage skin becomes tight. Put them aside and cut them into pieces.
  • Mix mayonnaise, lime juice, Jinda chili, and salt. Then put sausages into the bowl.
  • Add Jinda chili, minced lemongrass, red onion, cherry tomatoes, iceberg lettuce, and pea sprout. Mix them gently.
  • Put them on the serving plate and garnish with peppermint (put the big fried sausage on top to make the dish more appetizing)
