Honey-baked Chicken with Quinoa

S-Pure would like to introduce healthy people to “Honey-baked Chicken with Quinoa”. The main ingredient of this dish is S-Pure Chicken Breasts, the lean but tender meat. Matching with quinoa, which is rich in nutrients and vitamins.

Ingredients:
  • S-Pure Chicken breast 2 pieces
  • Quinoa 1 cup
  • Olive oil 1 tbsp
  • Water 2 cups
  • Seasoning sauce
  • Coriander root 2-3 roots
  • Garlic 10 g.
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Palm sugar 1 tbsp
  • Honey 3 tsp
  • Milk 2 tbsp
  • Sweet soy sauce ½ tbsp
  • White soy sauce 2 tbsp
  • Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
Cooking methods:
  • Finely pound the three-friend (garlic, coriander roots, black pepper) and add them to other ingredients for making the seasoning sauce.
  • Pour the marinated ingredients over the chicken and mix well. Let the sauce marinate the chicken for 30-40 minutes.
  • Put quinoa and water into the pot and wait until the quinoa cooked
  • Pour olive oil into the pan and put on medium heat
  • Grill the chicken in the pan for 3-5 minutes, turn over the chicken and use low heat to bake the chicken for 15-20 minutes
