Sausage Ramen
Hot dishes are very popular in Japan during the rainy and winter season. Let’s make sausage ramen since Thailand is facing the rainy season as well. This dish is easy to make, only Itoham Gourmet Frank Arabiki : Tasty coarse grind pork sausage, with soft ramen noodle and hot soup. Extra seasonings are unnecessary, the deliciousness of eating ramen in Japan.
Ingredients:
- Itoham Gourmet Frank Arabiki 1 pack
- Tonkotsu ramen soup 2 cups
- Chili oil 1 tbsp
- Soft boiled egg ½ egg
- Pickled bamboo shoots ¼ cup
- Pickled seaweed 2 tbsp
- Mince Japanese green onion 2 tbsp
- Pickled ginger 2 tbsp
Cooking methods:
- Reheat Tonkatsu ramen soup. When it boils, put Itoham Gourmet Frank Arabiki and chili oil for appetizing.
- Place ramen noodles in the bowl, and pour tonkatsu soup into the bowl. Place soft boiled egg, pickled bamboo shoot, pickled seaweed, and minced Japanese green onion on top.
